As the UK prepares for further measures to tackle COVID-19, we are taking our own steps to ensure the safety of our employees, customers and communities.
We have taken the decision to close our business down temporarily with our last day of operation being today, Monday 23rd March.
This shutdown will be in effect until further notice, or until any potential government lockdown is lifted.
We understand that this is a concerning time for everyone, as such we want to ensure that our customers are provided with as much information as possible and that any questions you may have are answered.
Every customer with a current order vehicle will be contacted directly by our sales team.
We aim to complete as many current mechanical repairs as possible, especially MOT tests. Future bookings from Wednesday 25th March will be rescheduled. Booking confirmations will be provided to any affected customer by our Servicing teams. Courtesy cars will continue to be provided to anyone who has a vehicle mid repair which cannot be safely returned.
We continue to monitor government advice and await the release of further details surrounding the Coronavirus Job Retention Scheme. The welfare of our employees during what is an ever-evolving situation remains our priority, and we will take all necessary steps to support our employees during this period and beyond.
During this closure, we have a number of courtesy vehicles and demonstrators which will not be used. We will provide a vehicle, free of charge, for use by any frontline NHS employee who requires access to transport. Please contact us on email@example.com if this applies to you, please also share this with anyone you know who could benefit from this offer.
Thank you on behalf of Lawrence Of Kemnay for supporting this difficult decision.
Please take care and look after each other.
