My wife and I purchased a very good used Ford Focus from your firm in April this year and we have very much enjoyed driving the vehicle. On August 9th my wife noticed a bit of a creak/rattle coming from the front of the car and drew my attention to it. I decided to drive to Port Elphinstone and ask if someone could establish the cause of the noise. I arrived at the garge at 12.15 on Friday expecting to be given a date to bring the car in for possible repair. Within ten minutes, however, a fine, young (ish) mechanic - not much hair but plenty of enthusiasm and charisma came out to the car and accompanied me round Port Elphinstone. He suspected the noise was coming from the anti-roll coupling and said he would take the car back to the garage to check. Around half an hour later the nice mechanic returned, said the problem was sorted and referred me to reception. The receptionist  told me the repair was covered under the warranty and handed me the keys. I was absolutely delighted with the service especially the involvment of the mechanic.
