New Bodyshop Equipment

We are delighted to announce that we have invested significantly in our Bodyshop facility for 2010.

We are an approved repairer for a number of leading insurance companies and carry out a wide variety of body repairs on an average of 30 vehicles per week.

Repairs vary from minor bumper scuffs, stone chipped bonnets and mirror covers to complete rebuilds, full resprays and major accident damage.

Our Bodyshop employs 2 full time panel technicians and 3 spray painters.

New Panel Spray Booth

For 2010 we have installed an additional panel spray booth which enables us to be painting a number of vehicles simultaneously.

This additional painting booth will significantly reduce the repair lead time, offering quicker return of the repaired car to our customers.

We are delighted to estimate for all types of paint work, from alloy wheel refurbishment, bumper scuffs and bonnet chips to full repsrays and customised finishing.

Alloy wheel refurbishment offers a cost effective solution to kerb damaged or corroded alloys.

New Welder

 

We have also purchased a state of the art Celette Midi Spot 9000T welder.

This machine conforms to new industry standards and allows us to complete repairs on all makes of car in production today.

The welder computes the material to be welded, selects the appropriate weld and even diagnoses the required depth !

With a memory facility storing the date, job information, car details and material applied, this Midi Spot 9000T welder is now being demanded by insurance companies before they will approve and nominate a repairer.

BSI PAS 125

During 2010 we are committed to attaining BSi PAS 125 Accreditation.

This will ensure that our Bodyshop is delivering the highest level of competence and service in the industry.
